Nvidia held a gamescom event last month where it showcased several new hardwares. It also announced the company’s two new GPUs, the Geforce RTX 2080 and the RTX 2080 Ti. The company said that they will be launching the two new graphics cards in September and the devices will go on sale from September 20, 2018. However, things will not work for RTX 2080 Ti, as the release of this variant has been postponed.
Users willing to grab the GPU had the opportunity to pre-order GeForce RTX 2080 and RTX 2080 Ti will have to wait for sometime. However, the postponement has not been a surprise because the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Founders Edition devices had gone out of stock much before they were made available for purchase.
For now, consumers will have to wait a bit longer before they will be able to get their hands on the RTX 2080 Ti; keep in mind, though, that the RTX 2080 GPU

GeForce RTX 2080 Ti general availability has shifted to September 27th, a one week delay. We expect pre-orders to arrive between September 20th and September 27th.
There is no change to GeForce RTX 2080 general availability, which is September 20th.”
